We provide guidance on autism and neurodiversity service set-up and development, as well as HR matters for specialist autism and neurodiversity small and medium sized employers. We can also offer guidance to families in navigating education, health and care systems.

Manar Matusiak
Manar has led several companies and services from inception, developing teams and processes, creating positive and inclusive cultures, and delivering on objectives within organizational visions.
As Managing Director of Living Autism for fifteen years, Manar managed a diverse team in support of neurodivergent people in the education, health and care sectors, and has raised awareness of neurodiversity nationally and internationally through training, publishing and conference presentations.
Prior to Living Autism, as Director of a national organisation, she led the set-up and development of the first transitional residential service in England for young autistic adults with complex needs. Manar has also led on service turnarounds and improvements helping to raise regulatory inspection ratings.

Simon Errington
Simon is an experienced HR and organisational development leader with over 20 years’ expertise across public, private, and charitable sectors. A Chartered Member of the CIPD, he specialises in cultural change, leadership development, and aligning people strategies with organisational goals.
He is currently part-time CEO of Children in Distress, providing strategic leadership to strengthen governance, stakeholder engagement, and fundraising. Alongside this, he runs Gundog HR & Development, his consultancy supporting SMEs and public sector organisations with bespoke coaching, leadership programmes, and organisational development solutions.
Simon’s career includes senior HR roles at York St John University, Interserve Learning & Employment, the Science Museum Group, and North Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service, and Living Autism. Passionate about enabling people to thrive, Simon brings a wealth of experience in recruitment, performance management, equality, diversity and inclusion, coaching, and professional development.

Face-to-face (if mutually agreed with the coach/mentor)
